Abs!

Abs! is a virtual 20 minute blast focusing on core strength and toning. Building a solid core has been proven to decrease the likelihood of lower back injuries and chronic back pain. In addition, strong abdominals increase balance and stability. This class requires just your body and your mat!

This virtual class features 30 minutes of high intensity interval training using the best equipment ever created- YOUR BODY! This bodyweight challenge encourages 20 seconds of fierce movement followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Vinyasa Yoga

This virtual class features 60 minutes of vinyasa yoga focusing on linking body and breath. Modifications are provided to create adjustments for all skill levels.

Sweat Sesh offers a 60 minute viritual class incorporating the use of external weight and bodyweight to provide a comprehensive workout experience. Get your heart rate up, torch some calories, and build muscle in this 1 hour scorcher!
